Franchisee shall be demanded to offer all such services that Franchisor specifies as main Services.
In the event that, subsequent to the date hereof, Franchisee elects to offer any Optional Services offered as part of The Car Wash Guys System other than those brought up herein, they must incur written permission. To the limit that Franchise elects to offer any Optional Services during the term of this arrangement, including any renewal hereof, Franchisee shall at all times thereafter proceed to offer such Optional Services unless and until Franchisor carries off such franchise service from The Car Wash Guys System. The main services and any Optional Services, which Franchisor elects to offer during the term of this Waxing franchise arrangement, are together related to as the franchise “Services”
